The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) began accepting applications for Project Based Voucher (PBV) units for people experiencing homelessness on August 29, 2025. The project is located at 17251 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 and will have sixty-two (62) studio units available for people experiencing homelessness.
Admission preference for all sixty-two (62) units will be given to applicants who are experiencing homelessness and referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES) to OCHA. CES will verify homeless preference eligibility prior to referral to OCHA.
Individuals who are experiencing homelessness, currently on OCHA’s Housing Choice Voucher waiting list and interested in applying for Oasis Apartments may contact OCHA’s reception at (714) 480-2700 for information or dial 2-1-1 to be connected to an access point for households experiencing homelessness.
When calling 2-1-1, please ask to be connected to a CES access point and 2-1-1 staff will provide you the contact information for the provider most appropriate to your circumstances in your service area. You may need to leave a message for a call back for an assessment appointment.
