looking for affordable rental housing throughout Orange
County.
This list reflects multi-family affordable housing units
in Orange County that are "Deed Restricted"
( made affordable through governmental financing ).
This list is updated on a semi-annual basis by receiving
input from all 34 cities in the County. The list may not
represent 100% of the deed restricted units in Orange
County due to the limitations of gathering the information.
It is simply an effort to assist you in finding an affordable
unit by providing the most comprehensive list currently
available.
HOW TO USE THE LIST
Units are sorted by the city in which
they are located
The Number of Affordable Units and Total Number of Units
does not reflect available units but rather how many units
are designated as affordable and in the complex.
Please call the number under CONTACT INFORMATION to find
out if units are available.
It is your responsibility to call the CONTACT and to make
all arrangements if an unit is available.
Homeless Prevention centrally
coordinates the preservation and expansion of the County’s
Continuum of Care System for the homeless which focuses
on homeless prevention, outreach and assessment, emergency
shelter, transitional housing, supportive services, and
permanent supportive housing..
