Stanton Accessible received $350,000 in HOME Program
funds. In addition, this Project received an award
of HUD 811 Funds. The project will provide an additional

Jackson Aisle
Jackson Aisle Apartments is a demolition/new
construction project that will provide 29 efficiencies
and 1 one-bedroom apartment affordable to special
needs clientele whose income does not exceed 50%
AMI. This project received an award of $400,000
in SHP funds and $744,230 in Orange County Development
Agency funds. The location of this project is in
the mid-western region of Orange County.
Vintage Shores Senior
Apartments Vintage Shore Apartments
will provide 122 units, of which 24 units will be
affordable to seniors whose income does not exceed
50% of the AMI and 98 units will be affordable at
60% of the AMI. Of the 122 units, 11 will be assisted
with HOME Program funds. This development is located
in southern Orange County.
Talega Jamboree
Talega Jamboree Apartments will provide
a total of 185 two and three bedroom units affordable
to families whose income is between 40% and 60%
of the AMI. A total of $100,000 in HOME Program
Funds and $3,151,821 in Orange County Development
Agency funds was awarded. The development will be
located in the southern region of Orange County.
Heritage Place
Heritage Place Senior Apartments
located in the City of Tustin will provide a total
of 53 units of senior housing, of which 22 will
be affordable to seniors whose income is no greater
than 40% of the AMI, 27 units at 50% of the AMI,
and 4 at 60% of the AMI. The County has committed
$541,903 in HOME Program Funds to this project.
This development will serve seniors in the central
region of Orange County.
Lincoln Avenue
Lincoln Avenue Senior Apartments
is a new construction project that will provide
81 one and two bedroom apartments affordable to
seniors whose income does not exceed 50% AMI. The
County has committed $800,768 of HOME Program Funds
to this project. It will serve seniors in the northern
region of Orange County.
Solara Court
Solara Court Senior Apartments is
located in the City of Anaheim and will provide
114 one and two bedroom apartments affordable to
seniors, of which 37 units will be affordable to
seniors whose income does not exceed 35% of the
AMI, 52 cannot exceed 50% of the AMI, and 25 cannot
exceed 60% of the AMI. The County has committed
$802,485 in HOME Program funds to the construction
of this project.
Ladera Ranch
Ladera Ranch Phase II will provide
a total of 220 units of housing. 44 of the one,
two, and three bedrooms units will be affordable
to families and individuals whose income does not
exceed 50% of the AMI. The County has committed
$1,700,000 in Orange County Development Agency Funds
to this project. It is located in the unincorporated
area of southern Orange County.
